COSMO Therapy
COSMO - short for Cognitive, Sensory, and Motor - pairs immersive VR games with specialized exercise equipment.
Instead of a typical workout, participants embark on our exercise machines and use their own body - shifting balance, engaging their core, reaching and turning - to fly, glide, walk, and steer through a virtual world.
Every tilt and stretch becomes part of the game. That physical engagement is paired with tasks that can tap into focus, sensory, and motor skills, wrapped inside an experience that feels like play, not work.

Sirica Center began with a deeply personal journey.
When our founder’s daughter, Siri, was diagnosed with autism, his life changed. Like so many parents, he spent years searching for answers, resources and meaningful ways to support her growth, independence and confidence.
As he made discoveries through research, lived experience and trial and error, these became the foundation of Sirica Center, a place where movement feels engaging, technology feels empowering, and every individual is supported in discovering what is possible.
We understand the search because we have lived it. And we created Sirica Center to offer families the kind of experience we once searched for ourselves.
