Privacy Policy
Effective date: August 14, 2026 • Last updated: August 14, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Sirica Therapeutics Inc., doing business as Sirica Center (“Sirica,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information through Siricatx.com and related online forms and communications that link to this Policy (collectively, the “Services”).
1. Scope and relationship to health privacy notices
This Policy covers personal information collected through the Services. If Sirica is a healthcare provider subject to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (“HIPAA”), protected health information (“PHI”) that Sirica maintains as a covered entity is also governed by its separate Notice of Privacy Practices (“NPP”). If this Policy conflicts with the NPP regarding PHI, the NPP controls. Website technologies and data held by third parties may not always be PHI under HIPAA, but may be protected by other privacy laws.

5. Cookies and similar technologies
We and our service providers may use essential, functionality, analytics, and—only if enabled—advertising cookies or similar technologies. Essential technologies support security and Site operation. Analytics technologies help us understand Site use. You can control cookies through browser settings and, where offered, our cookie-preference tool. Blocking cookies may affect Site functions.
If we use technologies that constitute a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under California law, and that law applies to us, we will provide the required “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” mechanism and process recognized opt-out preference signals as required.

Sirica does not sell personal information for money. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about individuals except as permitted by law.
7. Health information and tracking technologies
Please avoid including unnecessary health details in general website, newsletter, or contact forms. Where Sirica is subject to HIPAA, it will use HIPAA-appropriate systems and agreements for PHI where required. Sirica should not configure website analytics or advertising tools to receive PHI from authenticated patient pages, appointment workflows, or health-related form fields unless counsel and privacy/security personnel approve the configuration and all required safeguards and agreements are in place.

Certain medical information, PHI, and other data may be exempt from some CCPA provisions.

SMS Consent
SMS Appointment Reminder Program
By checking the SMS consent box and providing your mobile number, you expressly consent to receive recurring SMS text messages from Sirica Therapeutics Inc., doing business as Sirica Center and/or Sirica, at the number provided for appointment reminders. Messages may be sent using an automated system. Message frequency varies based on your appointments. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing or receiving services. Message and data rates may apply. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opt out and help
Reply STOP to any message to revoke consent and stop texts. You may also contact us at info@SiricaTx.com or call (650) 239-0646. After you opt out, we may send one final confirmation message. Reply HELP for help or contact us using the information below. We will honor reasonable revocation requests made through other methods as required by law.
Privacy and message content
SMS is not a fully secure communication method. Appointment reminders may reveal that you have a relationship with Sirica to anyone with access to your phone or message notifications. We will limit message content and will not include detailed diagnoses, therapy notes, or payment-card information. Protect access to your device and notify us if your number changes or is reassigned. We use your mobile number and consent records to administer appointment reminders, document your preferences, and comply with law. We may share this information with service providers that deliver messages on our behalf, subject to appropriate restrictions. We do not sell SMS consent or mobile-number information to third parties for their marketing. See our Privacy Policy at https://www.SiricaTx.com/privacy-policy.
Eligibility
You must be 18 or older and the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number, or otherwise authorized to consent. A parent or legal guardian may enroll a number to receive reminders concerning a minor’s appointment.
Program changes
We may suspend or end the SMS program or change these terms. Material changes will be communicated as required by law. Your consent applies only to Sirica appointment reminders and does not authorize marketing texts.
SMS Opt-In Data and Consent
Notwithstanding anything else in this Privacy Policy, text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent—including mobile telephone numbers, SMS enrollment records, and messaging preferences—will not be sold, rented, transferred, shared, or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
SMS opt-in data and consent are not transferable and will not be shared with another party based on consumer consent. Any general provision in this Privacy Policy permitting the disclosure of personal information with the consumer’s consent does not apply to SMS opt-in data or consent.
SiricaTx may use a contracted messaging service provider solely to transmit appointment reminders on SiricaTx’s behalf. Such a provider may process SMS information only as necessary to provide those services and may not use, sell, share, or disclose the information for its own purposes or for the marketing or promotional purposes of any third party.
