Sirica Therapeutics Announces Grand Opening of the First Sirica Center in Burlingame

BURLINGAME, Calif., July 25, 2026 — Sirica Therapeutics is proud to announce the grand opening of the first Sirica Center, a pioneering neurodevelopmental wellness and therapeutic facility dedicated to serving autistic individuals and their families in the San Francisco Bay Area. The ribbon-cutting ceremony will take place at 3 PM on Thursday, July 25, and will be attended by autism advocates, community leaders, healthcare professionals, and families from across the region. The event marks an important milestone in expanding innovative, accessible support services for the growing autism community.
Autism affects more families than ever before. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), approximately 1 in 31 children in the United States is identified with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), with California reporting some of the highest prevalence rates in the nation. Given the Bay Area's population, tens of thousands of autistic children, adolescents, and adults live throughout the region and often face significant challenges accessing specialized programs that support physical health, engagement, motor development, confidence, and overall quality of life.
Through innovative equipment and supportive coaching, Sirica aims to create an environment where participants can build skills, improve confidence, and experience the joy of movement in a safe and welcoming setting. "Our vision is to create a place where autistic individuals can thrive through movement, engagement, and connection," said Dr. Uli Chettipally, CEO of Sirica Therapeutics. "Our innovative Cognitive Sensory Motor (COSMO) therapy, includes technology that creates a deeply immersive environment for an engaging activity to improve the Quality of Life."
